How to Track Your License & Plate
Follow these easy steps to check your status online without visiting an LTO office.
Go to Official LTO Portal
Visit lto.gov.ph or use the LTO Online portal. Always use the official government domain to avoid phishing sites.
Select Inquiry Type
Click License Status Inquiry or Plate Status Inquiry under the e-Services menu on the homepage.
Enter Your Details
Provide your last name, first name, date of birth, and license or MV file number as prompted by the system.
View Your Status
The system displays your current status. See the table below for the meaning of each status code returned.
Claim Your Document
If status shows “For Release”, visit your designated LTO branch with a valid ID to claim your driver’s license or plate.
